Art of Anarchy is an American hard rock supergroup formed in 2011. The band features twin brothers Jon and Vince Votta on guitar and drums, bassist Tony Dickinson, former Guns N’ Roses guitarist Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal as co-guitarist and producer, and, as of 2020, Sons of Apollo vocalist Jeff Scott Soto. The band’s first album features the late former Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver vocalist Scott Weiland on vocals. The second album, The Madness, features Creed vocalist Scott Stapp.
The band have been inactive since 2017 which included a lawsuit with now former vocalist Stapp which has been since resolved.

Ahmed Mouici is a French singer of Algerian origin born on July 9, 1963 in Chambéry in Savoy.
In 1977, Ahmed Mouici founded his first band, the Rock’in Cats. He won his first rock springboard solo under the pseudonym Gene Everett in 1983, then recorded the following year his 1st 45 rpm produced by Jezabel Rock.
In 1989, he joined the vocal group named Pow Wow with Alain Chennevière (founder of the group), Pascal Periz and Bertrand Pierre. This fashionable group quickly became a cult for a whole generation with its hit The Cat. Released in 1992, the song is ranked directly in the Top 50 from the first day and becomes a hit.

Quincy Jones “The Dude” appears on Intervention Records solely due to the generosity of Marshall Blonstein of Audio Fidelity. Marshall blazed a bright, inspiring trail for labels like IR for many years with his brands, Digital Compact Classics (DCC) and Audio Fidelity.
When Audio Fidelity closed its doors in 2018 “The Dude” was already mastered by Kevin Gray and the DSD files were in the can with nowhere to go. Kevin acted as a facilitator, connecting IR with Marshall, who provided the mastered DSD files for this release. Thank you Marshall!

●ジョン・コルトレーンが1957年に録音し、ブルーノートに残した唯一のリーダー作であり永遠の名盤『ブルー・トレイン』。ジャズ史上最も人気のある作品の一つだが、レコーディングから65周年を記念して、最新リマスタリングを施したオリジナル・アルバムに加えて別テイク7曲を収録した完全盤『ブルー・トレイン：コンプリート・マスターズ』のリリースが決定。収録される別テイク7曲のうち4曲はなんと今回が完全初出という、歴史的な発掘だ。オリジナル・アルバムのモノラル盤も最新リマスタリングで同時発売。
●今回のリリースは、ブルーノートが近年取り組んでいるリイシュー・シリーズ「トーン・ポエット」の一環。「音の詩人」という異名を持つプロデューサー、ジョン・ハーレイ監修のもと、名手ケヴィン・グレイがオリジナルのアナログ・マスターから丁寧にリマスタリングを行った。
●今回のリリースについて、ジョン・ハーレイは「『ブルー・トレイン』のオリジナル・マスター（モノラル、ステレオ、別テイク）を聴くことのスリルに匹敵するスタジオ体験はありません。私はこの2つの新バージョンを、ジョン・コルトレーンのこの名演の決定的なエディションと考えています」とコメントしている。また、今回新規ライナーノーツを担当したアシュリー・カーンは、ライナー内で「『ブルー・トレイン』は、常に自己批判的で控えめなコルトレーンが高く評価する録音だった。1960年、マイルス・デイヴィスとの最後のツアー中、スウェーデンのDJがコルトレーンに彼のカタログの中で何が好きかと尋ねると、彼は即座にこう答えた。『ああ、自分はブルー・トレインが好きだよ。いいバンドが入ってるんだもの。いい録音だったんだ』とね」と語っている。
●1957年、ヘロイン中毒のためにマイルス・デイヴィス・クインテットを解雇され、どん底状態にあったコルトレーン。しかしセロニアス・モンクとファイブ・スポット・カフェで長期共演をしたことがきっかけでヘロインを断ち切り、再び情熱的な演奏を繰り広げ始める。『ブルー・トレイン』はそんな奇跡の復活を遂げたコルトレーンが作り上げた稀有な作品で、本人自身も深く誇りに思う初期の代表作と同時にジャズ史上にも残る永遠の名盤となった。今回の発掘はそんなマスターピースの全貌を初めて明らかにする、まさに歴史的な事件となりそうだ。

Over 30 years ago, in 1989, Krystian Zimerman and Leonard Bernstein recorded Beethoven’s Piano Concertos Nos. 3, 4 and 5. Zimerman went on to conduct the remaining Concertos Nos. 1 and 2 from the keyboard in 1991. Now, 30 years after his first recordings, Zimerman returns to Beethoven’s Piano Concertos.
